Innovation PEI is seeking interest from export-ready PEI-based companies to participate in a Multi-Sector Trade Mission to Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, in October 2025. Please note: Travel is anticipated for October 2025, with finalized details to be released in June 2025.
This mission presents an opportunity to strengthen business relationships and enhance the visibility of PEI exporters in key Western Canadian markets. It aims to support participants in expanding their presence across Canada and integrating more deeply into broader North American supply chains.
Key Elements of the Mission include:
1. A B2B matchmaking program aligned to PEI companies’ export objectives, featuring pre-arranged meetings with buyers, distributors, and other strategic contacts.
2. In-market ground transportation for transportation to and from business meetings.
3. Companies may be eligible for travel assistance of up to 60% through Innovation PEI’s Export Enhancement and Diversification Program.

Conditions for Participation
Prince Edward Island companies must have the expertise and capacity to provide needed services and/or goods in the specific fields outlined. Companies must demonstrate that the products and/or services they seek to promote through the mission will result in significant economic benefit for Prince Edward Island (i.e. increased production in Canada, employment creation, technology transfer, increased research and development activity, etc.).
*You must be a PEI-registered company to be eligible for this mission.
If we are uncertain as to the economic benefit for Prince Edward Island of the company’s activities, supplemental information may be requested to assess the company’s suitability for participation.
Registration Fee: $500 per company.
Once the business mission details are finalized, you will receive a full registration form to complete. A registration fee must be paid before any pre-arranged meetings can be scheduled
