About The Trade Mission:

Innovation PEI is excited to join the proponent Invest Nova Scotia, the other Atlantic Provinces and Atlantic Opportunities Agency (ACOA) to lead an Atlantic trade mission to Hannover Messe 2025.

Registration is now open for Atlantic Canadian companies and innovation ecosystem partners to participate in the world’s leading industrial trade fair, Hannover Messe, in Germany from March 30 to April 4, 2025.

About Hannover Messe: 

Hannover Messe is the largest industrial trade fair, showcasing cutting-edge innovations in digital technologies, clean technologies, and resilient supply chains. In 2023, it attracted 130,000 visitors, 4,000 exhibitors, 1,600 speakers, and 300 startups. The 2025 theme is “Shaping the future with technology”—and Canada will be the partner country.

As part of the Atlantic Canada Pavilion in Hall 2, your company will gain visibility and opportunities to engage with global industry leaders.

Who Should Attend? 

We are seeking up to 12 export-ready companies from Atlantic Canada, including those led by underrepresented groups. Companies that have an innovative solution in one or more of the sectors below should consider attending. Researchers, academia, and ecosystem partners who are part of Atlantic Canada’s innovation ecosystem are also welcome.

  • Financial Support – Participating Island companies may be eligible for up to 40% of pre-determined eligible travel costs via the IPEI Export Trade Assistance Program

 

Participation Fees:

  • Atlantic Canada delegation – participating companies – $200 + HST
  • Atlantic Canada delegation – participating innovation eco-system partners –  $100 + HST 
  • Optional Add-on for participating companies – B2B Matchmaking with a consultant – $500 +HST – per company

How to Apply:

Submit your registration by November 29, 2024 for the trade missions via the Invest Nova Scotia Eventbrite registration page.

Companies not selected to participate will be provide a full refund of registration costs.
