DESCRIPTION:The Pan-Atlantic provinces\, working jointly with Food and Beverage Atlantic\, are seeking Atlantic Canadian seafood companies to attend the Conxemar Frozen Seafood Exhibition in Vigo\, Spain October 7-9\, 2025. \nThe Conxemar trade show takes place in Vigo\, Spain\, an important fishing port in Europe\, and serves as the meeting point for the entire processing sector\, including wholesalers\, importers\, exporters\, manufacturers\, distributors\, cold storage\, and machinery. Spain is an important market for Canadian fish and seafood exporters. It remains one of the largest food markets in Europe and has the potential for future growth as highly educated Spanish consumers are oriented towards high‐quality\nproducts. \nKey Elements of the Mission include:\nThe Atlantic Provinces have secured an open-concept pavilion with shared booth\nspaces that will house approximately 8 Atlantic Canadian companies.\n• A walker program is being offered for Atlantic Canadian companies who do not wish to exhibit.\n• Food and Beverage Atlantic will coordinate all pavilion details\, including furnishing\, graphics\, and signage.\n• Exhibitors and Walkers are responsible for all travel arrangements and travel costs. \nThe fee to co-exhibit is anticipated at $2\,500.00.\nThe fee to attend the Walker program is anticipated at $500. \nThe deadline to submit an expression of interest is May 16\, 2025. – If you are interested in Conxemar\, please complete THIS FORM. A B2B matchmaking program aligned to PEI companies’ export objectives\, featuring pre-arranged meetings with buyers\, distributors\, and other strategic contacts.\n2. In-market ground transportation for transportation to and from business meetings.\n3. Companies may be eligible for travel assistance of up to 60% through Innovation PEI’s Export Enhancement and Diversification Program. \nHere’s What to Expect:\n1. DESCRIPTION:Co-Exhibiting Opportunity at China Fisheries and Seafood Expo (CFSE)\nQingdao\, China – October 29th – 31st\, 2025\nChina Fisheries and Seafood Show (CFSE) is Asia’s largest seafood show\, one of the world’s top 3 and Canada’s global flagship shows. Innovation PEI will have a 15-18 sqm booth space for export-ready seafood processors from PEI to co-exhibit along with other Atlantic Canadian provinces in Canada Pavilion\, which is organized by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC). \nTravel expenses support of 60% is available\, upon application prior to mission\, to exhibiting companies and those that choose to walk the show.
