In 2023\, it attracted 130\,000 visitors\, 4\,000 exhibitors\, 1\,600 speakers\, and 300 startups. SUMMARY:Build Green Atlantic 2025 & Incoming Caribbean Buyers Mission – April 28th-29th\, 2025
DESCRIPTION:Incoming Caribbean Buyers’ Mission to BuildGreen Atlantic \nWith support from ACOA and the four Atlantic Provinces\, Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME) has partnered with BuildGreen Atlantic to host an Incoming Buyers’ Mission from the Caribbean to the April 2025 conference in Halifax. \nBuildGreen Atlantic\, presented by ASHRAE Halifax Chapter\, is a conference\, tradeshow and networking event that advances the design\, construction\, and operation of greener buildings in Atlantic Canada. BuildGreen Atlantic 2025 will be held in Halifax on April 28 & 29\, 2025.\nThe first day features Pre-Conference Workshops and Building Tours of high-performance facilities\, concluding with an Opening Reception for delegates\, sponsors\, and guests. The second day centers on the Conference and Tradeshow at the Halifax Convention Centre\, attracting professionals from the green building sector\, including owners\, architects\, engineers\, and students\, with content relevant to both residential and ICI sectors. \nThe BuildGreen Atlantic Incoming Buyers Mission aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in global market expansion and greener practices. The incoming delegation includes buyers from the Caribbean seeking sustainable goods and services for infrastructure projects\, highlighting the region’s interest in Atlantic Canada’s skills and materials in sustainability and energy efficiency. \nAtlantic Canadian companies have opportunities to leverage low-carbon investments in the Caribbean\, benefiting from a skilled labor force\, natural resources\, and proximity to markets in the Caribbean. \nDuring their visit our Caribbean delegates will gain insights into regional technologies that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact in the built environment through B2B meetings\, site visits\, and building tours. \nBuildGreen Atlantic delegates who are interested in participating in B2B meetings with our incoming delegates are requested to express their interest by filling out this form BGA 2005 Incoming Caribbean Delegation Meeting Request. DESCRIPTION:Food and Beverage Atlantic\, working jointly with the provinces of New Brunswick\, Nova Scotia\, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island\, is seeking Atlantic Canadian companies to attend SIAL Canada in a from April 29 – May 1\, 2025. \nSIAL is North America’s biggest food-innovation tradeshow\, bringing together equipment\, technology\, and food products in 3 key sectors: food and beverage\, grocerant and packaging. SIAL Canada is the only national trade show that offers a complete range of food products under one roof to meet customers’ expectations. Buyers and decision makers across the whole industry\, from grocery\, wholesale and specialty retail to foodservice and manufacturing\, will converge to uncover the hottest trends\, latest product launches and the industry’s vision for the future.\nThe 2025 edition will include Trade Commissioners from Mexico\, the Caribbean\, Japan\, Germany as well as the United States. \nMission features:\nThe goals of the mission are to showcase and promote the high-quality seafood\, agri-food and beverage products from Atlantic Canada\, to increase export opportunities for Atlantic Canadian companies\, and to increase the number of Atlantic Canadian companies exporting outside the Atlantic Provinces. \nDeadlines and Next Steps:\nPlease submit your Expression of Interest by March 14th\, 2025.
