This shift is anchored by signing of the Canada-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Roadmap\, a milestone agreement establishing a strategic partnership focused on agriculture\, clean energy\, and climate competitiveness. Through this framework\, Canada aims to increase exports to China by 50% by 2030 as part of a broader push to double Canada’s overall non-U.S. global exports.
